The project, which was terminated for political reasons, comprised the development of a regional shopping mall in Beirut.

The assignment involved conducting financial due diligence and assessing the financial feasibility of the project.  It also involved structuring the financing, preparing offering documentation, and presenting the transaction to prospective investors.
