The project consisted of the development and operation of an acute-care psychiatric facility to be affiliated with the American University of Beirut.

The assignment involved conducting in-depth financial due diligence on the market and on management's business plan, preparing detailed financial projections and a valuation of the project, structuring the project's financing, preparing offering documentation, and negotiating the transaction with investors and lenders.
