This project consists of a mixed-use development including, on a preliminary basis, 2 hotels, a shopping mall, and office and apartment buildings.

This assignment involved assessing the financial feasibility of the project (including setting market study frameworks, and monitoring & revising the work of two market consultants) under various development options in order to advise the client on the optimal project development alternative. It also involved advising on the structuring of the project's financing to meet the client's overall investment objectives.
