The BabyGrand Hotel Group is a holding company with 2 hotel assets in the UK and 1 hotel asset in France.

The assignment involved identifying and screening the transaction, presenting the transaction to the client, and advising the client with respect to the synergies to be gained through the transaction as well as the transaction value, deal structure, and negotiation strategy. The acquired assets comprised three hotels:  the Scotsman in Edinburgh, 42 The Calls in Leeds, and Le Tremoille in Paris.
