The assignment involved advising on and restructuring the project's master plan (asset class mix) and development opitions, including phasing of the development process and of land sales. Our role also involved regularly attending working/planning sessions with the development team, revising and commenting on market studies, completing both preliminary and detailed financial projects for the different asset classes and for the overall project, and advising on the optimization of the project's feasibility. We also advised on the project's financing requirements and optimal financial structure, including advising the Client in negotiating the financial terms of its purchase of the project's land.
